3 ounces cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt 10 slices Italian bread (1/2 inch thick) 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Cream the mayonnaise and cream cheese in a large basin until smooth. The cheeses, garlic powder, and seasoned salt should be combined.
Spread the cheese mixture on five slices of bread, about one-third of a cup per slice. Add the remaining baguette on top.
Apply butter to the sandwich exteriors.
Toast sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for four to five minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is faintly browned.
